"I will never forget the exhilaration of singing with him. He has such musicality and such depths of feeling that it was like being whirled around in the arms of an expert dancer. There is no better feeling." - Vivien Shotwell, author of "Vienna Nocturne" (and mezzo-soprano) in the National Post

Vivien Shotwell, author of the internationally acclaimed novel "Vienna Nocturne", states in an interview with the Canadian "National Post" that her description of Mozart's piano playing is partly based on Maurice Lammerts van Bueren's way of accompanying singers. Shotwell, who worked with him as a singer, says:"I will never forget the exhilaration of singing with him. He has such musicality and such depths of feeling that it was like being whirled around in the arms of an expert dancer. There is no better feeling."
I will never forget the exhilaration of singing with him. He has such musicality and such depths of feeling that it was like being whirled around in the arms of an expert dancer. There is no better feeling."
